Beginn mit Begrüßung, Vorstellung des Unternehmens und potenziellen Einsatzgebieten. Anschließend wurden Fragen zum Lebenslauf und fachliche Fragen gestellt, welche der Position angemessen waren. Gesprächspartner waren sehr nett und gut informiert über den Werdegang.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.

Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
