I was assessed during a so called Hiring Day, where all new Junior Auditor aspirants were interviewed in a bunch. First there is a short introductory presentation, then group works and personal interviews take place. It’s overall a nice experience no matter the outcome.

Very friendly interviewers asked very typical questions like why did you choose this particular company to join and describe your previous job experience etc.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.

Walk me through how you would approach auditing a company's revenue recognition process.
Praticamente inizia l'hr chiedendo di parlare delle tue esperienze del perchè hai scelto una determinata facoltà e perchè in particolare quel percorso di studi. Poi chiedono descriviti in 2 aggettivi
chiamata con hr breve per fissare un colloquio a distanza e successivo colloquio tecnico in ambito contabilità e bilancio con manager di riferimento, feedback molto veloce il tutto è durato tre settimane
