Straightforward process overall - this followed the milkround process used by all big 4 accounting firms as they are aware candidates will be applying for multiple firms. Quick turnaround on providing the offer and good communication throughout.

After applying to the add I went through 2 tests. Can't remember their order but once I was done with one, not long after, I got sent the other. One test was to test my English language and it consisted of some grammatical and vocabulary, but also business English (something like how do we sign an email). The second test was some sort of test for intelligence, there was a test for memory and connecting dots as well as I can remember.. After both test I was contacted for an interview with hr and was asked few questions about past experiences and why I want to work there, no technical question (was interviewing for an intern position). After that I had an interview with the manager I would work under. Both interviews were very pleasant, very relaxed and I got a feeling they just wanted to see and get a feeling about the person behind the cv and tests' results.
