I had may internship application last February 2023. A few minutes after the pre-employment assessment, I initially had my interview (which I was not prepared with). But it was just a few normal HR questions. A day after that, I had my final interview with the manager.
Straightforward process overall - this followed the milkround process used by all big 4 accounting firms as they are aware candidates will be applying for multiple firms. Quick turnaround on providing the offer and good communication throughout.
