You would not know who was going to interview you before. And I offered to introduce myself for 2minutes. He asked some details about my experience and then some behavior questions. Then we talked about the interest and hobbies and other relaxed topics The whole process last 30 minutes. He gave me his name card and told me briefly the hire process.
