First part is IQ test. Afterwards, accounting and english test. If passed, interview with HR and Senior manager. Questions are simple (why assurance, why this particular company, do you have experience with coping stressful situations) Last level is the interview woth director or partner.

Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel
