het was een luchtig, leuk goed gesprek met sterk de focus op persoonlijkheid. zorg dat je met een sterk verhaal over jezelf komt en dan komt dit helemaal goed. Liepen door cv, vaardigheden en persoonlijkheid

Colloquio
Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
