Recruitment, apply on their website, be accepted for interview, pick a time, two interviews. First interview is behavioral and second is a case study. Behavioral is straightforward and case study is based on a case they give you depending on your role. Each interview is 30 minutes.

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
