After review of document and certain test on english proficiency and basic accounting, candidate will be given online case to be completed. A successful candidate will be invited to an interview with user.

Tell us about the time when you have to improve in last minute?
There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
