I applied online and filled Logical and Verbal tests, and got a call 2-3 weeks after. They asked if I am still interested to send me a task via email.
The first round of interview was a Case Study I had a few days to complete from my home with my computer. The task was very general as well as the questions. They didn't want a specific answer, but rather a proposal of a solution, something creative.
They told me they will let me know in time, but it's month already after I sent my solution and have no feedback yet.
I put an effort into my solution, but got not even a slightest answer - frustrating.

Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
