The interview was very casual and comfortable. I had previously reached out to the owner to inquire about a possible design intern position, and about a week later I had an interview to come down. I was interviewed by the owner as well as the current designer and account manager. They were all very welcoming and asked general questions about my experience, my current skillset, how I found their company and why I wanted to intern there, and ultimately what I wanted to get out of the experience. They took a look at some of the physical design pieces I brought in as well as my portfolio site.
