I’ve interviewed at Q2 at least a dozen times over the last decade. If I don’t follow up with the recruiter I WILL be ghosted. It’s happened repeatedly. The last interview was about a month ago and didn't go especially well, so I’m just going to wait to see if they ever get back to me. If it weren't for the people I know who actually (somehow) work there, I wouldn’t bother anymore.
