Phone interview with the VP of IT, very casual. The in-person interview was in 3 parts with NOC lead, VP of Operations, Internal systems personal. Interview was relatively easy and straight forward. I was asked a few technical questions and then a few personal and previous work experience questions. Over all it was not a difficult interview process. I was offered a position within the next week.
