Interview was standard with 2 hiring managers present. Asked questions about current workplace and what you would change about current processes that you do. Explained alot about the job and what it would be like to start a path of project management. Had some tricky questions asking alot about specific numbers where you work and all ways you could improve it. Be ready to have a full list of details of how you would change current processes of where you work and what you would change and how you would go about doing so.
