I was contacted by a designer (not HR- red flag number 1) and asked to come in for an interview, which was scheduled for the following day. I met with a different designer who didn't ask me any questions. He looked at my portfolio and resume in silence and told me that I wasn't qualified. Looked at my portfolio some more and told me he could tell that I didn't study fashion. Incredibly awkward and kind of insulting. It appears that Q4 has no screening process other than bringing candidates into the office and looking at their resume for the first time in that moment. Disrespectful, unprofessional, waste of everyone's time.
