Interviews wit the actual company was over the course of 3 weeks. This included me doing two "example" projects for actual clients. I'm not saying my work was good enough to use, however, it seems a bit like free work if it was. Additionally, their parent company or the one who extended the offer was quite unprofessional. Offered me over the phone and when I asked for a the weekend to consider, they told me they wouldn't share written offer until I accepted. Also insisted on knowing by EOD.

The interview process consisted of two in-person interviews mixed in with two writing assignments. Process took a couple of months, but that was because they were using an old outside HR company consultant
