Found on indeed, had a phone interview followed by two face to face interviews. Questions based on my skillset and personality- with a lot of attention to my CV. It was also a quick process at each stage. They were long interviews, but they seemed interested in what I was saying and encouraged you to take control. Interview was also done by different employees, seemed very professional this way as they wanted to hire someone who could work well with the whole team.
