From the beginning I clarified to the HR & Recruitment team that I don't have lead generation experience and I have great business development experience but still the one who took my interview was mainly focused towards how the lead is generated and she was focused towards the aspects which had nothing to do with my current role, current experience, and what her company was expecting from my profile. They took huge amount of time. Please keep yourself refrain from attempting for the sales or business development profile.
