After applying online I got a call from the HR regarding the explo interview the next day. Next Day I gave the interview over Google Meet which went for 15 min where the interviewer asked about my projects. Then the same day I got call from the HR that I have been shortlisted for next round which would be within 2 days. Next round was case study round which was taken by Director of Analytics . She gave me a situation and asked me about my approach which I told her and gave all proper reasoning with explanation and that lady had no clue about what is Data Science and all. She kept asking illogical questions and I explained why her questions have logical flaws and why her approach won't work with the problem she gave. She didn't wanted to listen to the explanation and reasoning given by me and was only saying that her solution is better. This all went for 40 mins and than I said now I can't explain you further and don't want to give you any reasoning as it is wasting both of us time. Then after the interview I checked the interviewers profile and saw that she had no experience in Data Science and is heading Data Science team in their company. All she is doing is fooling clients. It's a request to the company check whether the interviewer has knowledge and experience in Data Science not just experience with no knowledge. Also don't waste candidates time by interviewing them from these type of interviewer.

My experience was recruiter call, hiring manager call, take-home, and on-site. Recruiter was nice, but I felt that the whole recruiting process was chaotic and disorganized. I felt like there were many moving pieces with not enough advance notice. I honestly felt a bit overwhelmed and confused throughout the whole process.
