Applied online and I received a mail from the recruiter in 3 days. First round was phone screening with the recruiter. Then I was asked to implement a log monitoring system. Next round was a skype interview with the manager. Got the offer on the very next day. The team and the recruiter are very quick in responding.

The first round was telephonic personal interview. Never got a call back from the HR. I followed with her on email. Since I had different interviews lined up, did not follow up later on.
