Interviewed twice. Discussed experience, the details of the job and what is expected from company drivers. There was some turn over but not as bad as some places. Trucks are nice and the training was top notch.
Checked background, certifications and drug screen.

It was very relaxed and relatively informal. Almost to the point of being a bit suspicious. As if they didn't want to get into detail. Got offered the job, but declined due to a perceived lack of professionalism

Did I know about the company and what was I looking to do. How much experience did I have. This interview was with the plant ma nager and the driver manager. I then spoke with other drivers who were currently working there.
I was told exactly what to expect as to hours,pay,and equipment.
