Applied online with a reference from someone on the inside. Initial interview is a phone screening with the basic questions. They'll ask for an in house interview before the end of the call if they liked you. In house interview is usually with a panel consisting of HR rep, hiring manager, and a coworker. Questions are more company and experience-based.

Waste of my time. Had heard bad things about this place, wish I had listened. Strange interview process for sure, seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Apparently they perform lay offs a lot. Stay away.

First had a phone interview and was asked multiple questions about past projects, how I found out about them and what are some of my greatest strengths and weaknesses. I then got a second interview on google teams where I was asked similar questions.
