Very disrespectful to your time and effort. The process itself wasn’t that bad. After lovely contact with hr, interesting theoretical interview with manager came “practical” interview. Some questions (asked by senior dev) were connected to programming , some were bullocks (“what do you think about pineapple on pizza”). On the interview I got the information that in a week I will get a response + feedback. After 3 weeks I wrote asking what happened to my feedback? But the HR just checked my profile on LinkedIn and didn’t even care to response. Awful treatment after taking over 3h of my time, no response, no feedback and one huge middle finger from this company.
