The initial interview was an automated online process, where you film yourself answering a set of questions, that will then get sent to the company. The next step was a phone interview that was set up through an email. The phone interview was fairly quick and the woman I spoke with was very casual and comfortable to talk to. She asked a variety of questions based off of my schoolwork, resume, and some situational questions as well.
