The interview process was excellent. My recruiter, Nimesh, did a really good job telling me what QXO is all about and how CEO Brad Jacobs is using tech to revolutionize the building products distribution industry. It just makes sense. Every interviewer was kind, collaborative, intelligent, and easy to talk to. I don't remember the specific questions, but there were four rounds: coding, system design, behavioral, and a general past experience / past projects round. On each round, I completed the problems / questions early which gave me time to learn about what each person does at the company and how much they enjoy it. I declined an offer from another company and accepted QXO's offer. I'm extremely happy with my choice.
