For the meet and greet process, get the a bit earlier than your time because they need to explain the process to you. They first question once you meet the recruiter will ask is tell me about yourself, if you don't get this right consider the interview done. So take your time and think and talk slowly. If the recruiter likes you they might ask why you want the job or if they can see you hands(this is a quick check for scars/tattoos)

Unclear communication and an extremely cold attitude were brandished by the people in charge of interviews (who don't really identify themselves), without the slightest hint of cultural awareness of local customs for interpersonal interactions (the interview took place in Buenos Aires).
