Unprepraredness on their side sharply reflected in the call. The process was smooth and timely, but the panel itself seemed too full of themselves. Oddest part about the interview was the questions were way too broad, and when I answered they kept interjecting and saying thats not what we are looking for- almost felt like they had a cookie cutter in their head and were looking for exact answers from someone, than experience. The oddest part was one of the panelist was making weird faces while i was answering, which absolutely threw me off course mid interview. Felt more like a monologue than a dialogue. Typical Indian branch with lack of growth mindset. Having worked with various companies abroad these guys are clearly just a back office.
