The recruiter found my resume using an online job search website. She sent an email to me and told me briefly about the job requirements and skills required and stuff. Next I was scheduled for an in-person interview at the company location. The on-site interview was very bizarre with 4 people involved. They were all asking me stuff about things which I had not done and not mentioned in my resume. It was derogatory in some sense as they did not care to look at my CV. It seemed like they wanted to prove a point right from the beginning of the interview. I wish they had cared to check my CV and papers before asking me to come over and interview with them. It was a waste of time and gas. I would not have taken the offer even if they had offered it to me. Not the kind of place I want to work, where people do not pay attention to what you say or do
