I had a very unpleasant interview experience at Q Batch. The CEO came across as highly unprofessional and rude, showing no respect for the candidate’s time or perspective. Instead of having an open, constructive discussion, he was dismissive and unwilling to accept any possibility that he could be wrong. The attitude and behavior I witnessed during the interview made it clear that this is not a healthy or respectful work environment. If this is how leadership treats potential employees, I can only imagine how current employees are treated.
