Our recruitment process includes a minimum of five interviews. We take care to inform each candidate at the beginning of the interview process. In this case, as you mentioned, you were a candidate for two different positions. These positions may have similarities, but they are different roles and do not have the same managerial line; that is why the interview process took a little longer.
All candidates are given the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and alignment with our corporate values.
