They took 6 rounds of interview.After 15 days they called me and told that they are taking some more guys interview and kept me on hold which is ok .Then after couple of days I came to know that they wanted to go with my profile and they have selected.
Post 15 days they are conveying we don’t want to reject but the open position is closed and we are working for another open position once that is done we will discuss about offer.Just want to tell them that after 6 round of interview they came to know that the open position is not there .What the HR and team was doing till that and why 6 rounds of interview has taken if the position in closed .Really un ethical and un professional .They are interviewing people but not giving offer.I feel the whole team is un professional.
