      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 4 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Qlik nel mese di giu 2024

      Colloquio

      I enjoyed speaking with and meeting members of the team, but the communication throughout the whole process was sub-par, at best. Overall, my three-round interview took nearly four-months, which is ridiculous. After my initial interview with the hiring manager, I had to wait for nearly 6-weeks to advance to the next round because the manager was on PTO. When I asked for updates from my recruiter, I was met with silence. After my second round interview, they mistakenly rejected my candidacy, only to bring me back into the process. At that point, I knew the company was disorganized and was questioning my intent on even joining the company if an offer was presented. The whole interview process sounded sketchy and unchallenging. Interviews were more like conversations and never thought they wanted to learn more about my abilities relative to the role. I was questioning the company, role, and team at that point. I received an offer with a different company and, as a courtesy, asked to touch base with the hiring team. The recruiter followed-up and said they would not proceed with an offer. The recruiter said they would get feedback, but have yet to hear back after more than a month. One of the worst interview experiences.
