On March 5th I had a 30-minute phone interview with a Neopost recruiter. The conversation was mostly focused on discussing my resume and the job description in response to my questions about the position. As the end of the call when I asked what the next steps and timeline are I was told I would be contacted in two weeks as to whether or not I would be granted a second interview. Unfortunately to the best of my knowledge I never received a call or email witin the two-weeks nor did I received any call or email in response to 3 follow up calls/emails asking for an update on the status. That's behavior I've come to expect from an independent recruiter or smaller firm, but not a global company.

Felt as if they were selling me on the company / position as opposed to seeing if there was a mutual fit for the job. Problem is, my resume wasn't reviewed in advance and the interviewer no familiarity with my background. The salary range for the position ($40's) was extremely low for anyone with more than a few years' experience, yet they brought me in for an interview (15+ years) and tried to sell me on the job.
