20 min phone, on technical questions. 5 interview on-site (about 20/30 min each). Mostly technical, such as compensation of Op-amp, kind of filter for a sigma delta (simple RC that was the easiest one). Generally speaking know your transistor level circuit.

You can clear if you know the basics of digital electronics. Revise properly everything you learned in 2 year as those are the basics, atleast in electrical and electronics engineering. Doing prohects will help
