Colloquio
Applied online, got an invitation for a phone interview. Recruiter told me it would have C++ quiz that would last 30 minutes. Had the phone interview with him, after 5 minutes of going through my resume he began the C++ quiz. 90% of the quiz was on pointers. It took him 30 minutes to figure out how to screen share and it was very difficult to understand him because of his thick accent. He was also very rude when I asked him to repeat the question because I could not understand him.

Colloquio
45min all questions answered with few coding questions basic level
and debugging the code and few theory questions too and a friendly interview and no behavioral questions. It is okay to take time and answer
The interview began with the camera off and no introduction, diving straight into technical questions. The interviewer presented several code blocks and asked me to identify the output. It felt more like a test than a conversation, with little discussion about the company or the role.

Domanda 1
Lots of very specific C++ behaviors, mostly on pointers and memory management.

The recruiter sent an automated rejection mail after 6 rounds of interview...Not a single feedback or a personalized message. Blocked my number and was unresponsive on emails when I asked for feedback and to check if the Job ID is the same for rejection (The automated rejection mail had a different ID than the one I interviewed for but the same title). 2 technical rounds were conducted on Google Sheets in 2024.

Domanda 1
Heavily based on pointers and C++, bit manipulation
