Was initially contacted by HR for a phone screen interview. The hiring manager called me the next day & asked me a few questions about my experience. The manager mentioned that they were looking for a replacement & that they would be making a decision quickly. At the end of the interview, I was invited to an on-site interview within a couple of days.
The on-site interview took approx 6 hours. I met with all the managers within the group as well as the Director. All questions asked were regarding my experience. Also met briefly with HR to review benefits. All were pleasant to speak with.
The only negative was that the hiring manager & HR were not on the same page regarding when a decision would be made & when I should expect to hear back (regardless of the outcome). The hiring manager said within a week because they needed to make a decision quickly. HR said it could take as long as 4 weeks. I received an email about 6 weeks later letting me know I wasn't chosen.
just basic accounting questions and about questions about the company's new texhnology and deals.It was a very conversational interview.Talk about previous experience and why you are suited for the role. A little more on the admin side

The interview process took about 3 weeks. 2 Online meetings and 1 In-person with the whole team. They changed the hiring requirements during the process to hire internally rather than externally. Excellent communication during the process except for the final decision, which took 2 months to receive.

One phone interview two skype interviews and then the offer was within a few days very easy and straight forward process. Very exciting as well, housing is paid for! It will be interesting to see finance internship as the tech base of the compnay is focused elsewhere
