I got phone interview. It was OK. Basic questions from RF. Expect IM products, LNA, Smith Chart, Phase Noise and antenna, microwave basics. He was nice and calm. He was helping even if got stuck. Then I got accepted for on-site interview. There were 5 different interviews each was 1h. 4 of them was technical and one was HR. Expect challenging questions from the topics I have mentioned above.

Prove the phase noise, and explain its shape on freq domain. Prove it by approacing time domain
Satisfactory and great . Liked the way it was held. questions were easy and feasible to give an answer . The interviewer was friendly and humble . He asked Describe any jobs or assignments you were involved in with wireless telecommunication, with an emphasis on design, implementation, and optimization of networks. Describe responsibilities like initial system dimensioning and design, coverage and frequency planning, interference analysis, etc.

It took 2 weeks for a phone interview and after 6 weeks got a email for onsite interview. The position was recent Graduates interviewed by senior directors. Interviewer was shooting questions without giving enough time to answer in the last round.
