At first, there is screening phone. Then there is phone interview. There are a lot of questions from matrix to energy. I have bad performance, and did not pass this interview at last.
The process was really nice and with feedback on each stage. The interviewers really wanted me to understand what the position is. The questions of the second technical interview were much difficult and not trivial.
