Several days after I apply the position, I got a phone call interview, ask me several question, regarding Android sdk programming. Since I used developping Google original APP such as Phone, Dialer, etc. Those question are esay to me. Then later, they invited me onsite interview. There are total two round on site interview by four professional engineer. First round ask me to write several small program, not very difficult, one is related binary search. Second round is most about talking my project experience, some project I have developed before, they asked many detailed question regarding my project. Whole process is very smoothly, several days later, I got hr's phone call, and send me the offer. I think the reason I got the offer so smoothly maybe because my previous project experience are related to dual standby for telephony at last Company.
