Had multiple interviews with Qualcomm, and I'm always amazed by how delusional the interviewers are. They feel like they work at Google or something - however, I don't think even at Google you would get interviewers who would ask you straight 5-6 silly leetcode questions + some odd ball questions, and then they would ignore you for weeks and later on would send a note "Sorry not sorry"
I've had many interviews with many different companies, and so far this is the only company I don't want to invest my time in interviewing because of what kind of clowns the interviewers are.
Not all are bad - there are decent folks, but, unfortunately, they are not majority

Can expect everything from tagged on Qualcomm leetcode page - they mostly ask easy-medium level questions like reverse linked list, write a kernel to do matrix multiplication of matrices of sizes NxM * MxK and so on

In Technical round it would be DSA : LinkList, Bit manupulation mostly
They would ask regarding oops concept .They will also ask regarding question mentioned in resume . It would be interactive .
In managerial round you could be asked about work related stuf and salary expectation

I have 6 rounds of interview First I have interview with Hiring manager discussed about the my resume and projects and talked about the projects in detail. Then 5 rounds of interview has been scheduled and all of them has same kind of interview type almost all 45 minutes interview. Initial 15-20 mins about my background and some technical questions and then 1 problem solving question with screen sharing.
