      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto più di 11 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Quale Infotech (Hyderabad)

      Colloquio

      One technical video conference round, followed by a machine test. Initial HR discussion and interview scheduling, HR was very polite.. The first round was a technical video conference round, was very long and had a good experience.. Mainly basics, real time scenarios, your past projects, etc.. Second round was a machine test, in which you are given a task and you are supposed to complete it within a stipulated time.. A very bad experience, because this was done using a screen share method, and it was very slow.. I had completed it, though the output was different.. I tried to explain what went wrong, but before that, the interviewer just said Okay, I will give feedback and cut the call.. I knew that I would not get shortlisted for further rounds , but isn't there an obligation to inform the candidate of his feedback/progress.. Although I had a positive experience in the beginning, it became bad at the end.

      Hello! Thank you for taking out time to provide your feedback. It is insightful & quite valuable to us, as it allows us to improve our processes. We apologize that you faced connectivity issues with the screen sharing method. While a remote connection isn't always steady, but we'll have our IT dept. look into the possibilities of making it more seamless in future. We agree with you that providing actionable feedback to candidates is always helpful, irrespective of whether one is selected or not. Thank you for pointing this out—we will incorporate this in our interview process. It is unusual that the entire process took 11+ months, because we've created our recruitment process in such a way that it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, on average (i.e. from initial screening to the final round). Could it be an error while filling this interview review form? Anyway, we'll check our records to investigate why it took so long. Wish you good luck!
