20-minute recruiter call -> 45-minute behavioral with a director -> 45-minute technical interview with a senior QSA -> project presentation, which included a 1-hour overview call, a 30-minute check-in, and a 45-minute presentation with the overview + check-in with a director, and then 3 director panelists for the presentation. Got cut after the presentation, but believe there was 1 final round before offer (30-min call with the CCO).
The recruiter, behavioral, and technical interviews were all pretty standard. They definitely reinforce questions around your knowledge of Qualified (they asked me to pitch the product on both calls), your status at your company (asked about rewards you've received), and your technical abilities in Salesforce or other MAP tools.
The project was intense, but that could just be because I had limited hands-on experience with Salesforce. You basically have to learn their platform and customize an implementation for a fake customer scenario. The presentation is then a final pitch of yourself and a ~30+ minute demo of everything you've customized; basically simulating you running a part of their implementation. I probably spent north of 25 hours on the project alone (which may have been a sign it wasn't the right role, lol), but you definitely need to be prepared to get your hands dirty and become an expert in their content.
