Very organized interview process! I was contacted 8 days after applying about starting the interview process. The talent coordinator gave me the details about the company, the job and asked questions about my experience. She ended by giving me a full timeline of the interview process and emailed after the timeline again with next steps. Throughout the process she kept me informed about next steps and sent LinkedIn links for people who I would be speaking to next. I appreciated that everyone had a different angle of questions so it didn’t feel like I had to keep repeating myself - though of course I had to give an introduction. Each person I met was very friendly, open to feedback on the process and talked with me as if I was already hired. Felt very inviting. Process two 2 weeks from first interview to the last.
