I applied online through the barnabas careers website. I received a phone call for an interview request with the hiring manager about a week later. Once the interviewed was confirmed via phone, I was sent an email with the address and confirmation of the date and time with hiring manager. I went on the face-to-face interview two days after the phone call. The interview lasted exactly 30 mins in which the hiring manager went over the role, responsibilities and the qualities they were looking for in the candidate. She did most of the talking and I asked a few questions. The job seemed pretty easy but repetitive. She mentioned that the workload could be overwhelming. Overall the interview was pretty easy. I wasn't asked any hard questions. Was asked about my experience. The pay for this role was $15/hr non-negotiable. Manager mentioned that the company was growing and offered a lot of perks.
