Got a call from Qualitest HR team Bangalore and scheduled interview face to face.
Interview took more than 3 hours with HR requiter, Tech lead, manager, HR panel member and finally with CEO of the company.
Cleared technical, managerial and gone for salary negotiation with HR and they agreed to pay CTC with lots of worst discussion unprofessionally. They asked for final meeting with CEO of the company and customer sitting around.
Finally HR told me to leave and will be calling for further process of hiring, but no call received from HR team.
Then I called regarding the status update about my interview, and it was shocking to hear that CEO is not happy with the salary expectation, again countered by me that it can be negotiated at that time. Then new story started that you are not technically good as per CEO, then I countered that it can be said while technical interview only and why CEO?
No answer from HR, and made lots of excuses and found reason for drop was salary as it is worst paying company.
Scolded HR and finally, I withdraw my discussion and felt about my time wastage.
At the end I would like to say that think multiple time while going for an interview with this worst organisation.

After applying online - I got an skype interview and then wrote an exam. The HR people where very friendly and happy to put me as ease. Although I did not get the offer the interviewer did send me feedback that will help in my continued search.

First of all there will be an apti round in which there will bhi 30 apti ques in which u have to do in 60 mins , the question level is average , one who prepared well for amcat can easily crack the apti round . after apti there is a technical round based on the requirement on which plateform they want , either manual aur automation , there may be c++ question or basic core java questions. as they have openings for a testing profile on java also .

After apti u will face technical round in which they will ask u simple core java questions and they will ask mostly from threads and exception handling, but u have to be very clear on ur concepts wheather it will be c++ or java , if u r a testing guy then be prepared for test cases and SDLC
