3 Stage interview process: 1) Chemistry Call with hiring manager (25 mins), getting to know you style, light and friendly 2) Psychometric Testing, matching your style with the role (easy) 3) Deep dive competency and psychological style interview with hiring manager and HR. Very friendly style but was quite intense. Came out confused, not sure what they were looking for.
