Direct interview with general manager if he satisfied with technical answer then he will send candidate to Hr round. In hr round some personal life question if he satisfied with answer . he will decide how much pay you salary. He will give all company information like time in time and out time rules and regulations of the company. Then he will arrange the meeting with MD for introduction of new employees.
