On site interview,asked qualifications,was not given every other weekend off as discussed.didnt ask for references,was smooth interview however I felt I was hired because they were desperate.they didn't do a background check,drug test or personality test.they did make me feel comfortable during the interview there was no dress code however I just felt like a fast hire.the discussion on having every other weekend off was not honored
