I went through three interviews, with various levels of management. The interviewers were all dressed casual, but they expected interviewees to be in business attire. The interviews seemed to go well, just time intensive. People were friendly and encouraging. The only issue I had was when I heard back that I didn't get the job they sent me an automated email without any indication of why I didn't get the position and they never responded to my request for feedback. I feel that after all that time, the least they could do is let me know what I could do to improve.

I submitted a resume online, and it was several weeks before I heard back. I had 4 separate interviews on different days. First with members of my would-be team, then a manager, then an executive, then a founder. Within a week after my last interview, I heard back about an offer.
