Went into their Dublin office (Amazing btw!). Spoke with a HR contractor from an outside agency who asked a few questions about background and competency based questions and then showed me around the office. The agency then sent me a HTML test that I had to score perfectly on in order to receive a job offer. I scored 1 point below what they were looking for and didn't get offered the job. The hours were very anti-social anyway so I didn't really want the job.
